Kevin Weare is a highly experienced leadership development specialist with a career spanning the military, corporate, and consulting sectors. A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst with two Master’s degrees in Leadership and Management, he has dedicated his career to advancing leadership excellence. His doctoral research explores how to accelerate leadership growth through innovative learning methods.
